How does Jenerous Foods work?
Each week, we release a rotating menu of fresh, plant-based meals. You’ll receive an email with the new menu, select at least 3 meals, and we prepare and deliver them to your door on your scheduled delivery day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We require a minimum order of 3 meals per week.
Can I customize my meals?
At this time, we do not offer modifications. All meals are prepared as listed on the weekly menu.
Are your meals vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, all our meals are made with plant-based and gluten-free ingredients. However, they are prepared in a shared kitchen.
How often does the menu change?
Our menu changes weekly, offering a variety of globally inspired dishes to keep your meals exciting and seasonal.
When do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff time stated on our website or in our emails. Late orders will be moved to the following week.
When will my meals be delivered?
Delivery days and time windows are provided at checkout and confirmed via email after your order is placed.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If no one is available, your order may be left in a safe place or marked as delivered. We are not responsible for meals after delivery is completed.
How should I store my meals?
Please refrigerate your meals immediately upon delivery and consume them within the recommended timeframe provided on the packaging.
Do you offer add-ons?
Yes, we occasionally offer add-ons such as breads and extras that can be included with your weekly order.
Do you offer subscriptions?
We are working toward a subscription option. Currently, orders are placed weekly after receiving the menu.
What about reusable containers?
We plan to introduce reusable containers soon. A refundable deposit system will be added once available.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to selected United States locations. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.
